How much is postage & packing? All prices are inclusive of postage and packing costs within the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Outside of the UK and ROI postage is £4.
Will my item be gift wrapped? All jewellery comes in a black gift box with SparkleSmith detailing. All bunting, purses and textiles come wrapped in tissue paper. We will also add a handwritten notecard if your present is a gift, just let us know what you would like written.
How soon will my item be posted? We aim to post items out within 2 working days of payment. An email will be sent to let you know when it is on the way.
Do you accept commissions? Yes. Please email with details of what you are looking for and we shall get back to you asap to let you know if this is possible.
How do I enter the competition? The most recent competition is listed here. SparkleSmith competitions are always free to enter. Details of winners and past competitions can be found on our blog.
Will you fill my inbox with spam? No. SparkleSmith sends out infrequent newsletters. These are never more than once a month and can be unsubscribed from at any time. We will never pass on or sell customer details to a third party.
What if I buy something then change my mind? Should you wish to return your purchase you can do so by letting us know via email within 7 days of purchase, and returning the actual item unused within 14 days of purchase. Once the item is returned in its original state with the original packaging a refund will be issued. We do not refund postage costs.
Will you sell my email address? No. We will never sell or pass your email, home address or any other personal details onto another company. We do not have access to your credit card details through PayPal or other payment software.
