How can I pay? - Payment can be made either through PayPal or by personal cheque. PayPal is an instant, reliable and secure payment system. You can use PayPal with a credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account. Items can also be reserved if paying by cheque.
How much is postage & packing? - All prices on this site include the item being gift boxed and postage (only for addresses in the UK and ROI). There are no hidden extras or additional charges. If you live outside of the UK and ROI postage is £4.
Do you accept commissions? - Yes. SparkleSmith have made necklaces for bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and brides in the past, as well as surprise jewellery as presents for special occasions like anniversaries. For more information or to request a commission please email.
Is your jewellery Sterling silver? - Yes. All items on SparkleSmith are made with Sterling unless stated otherwise.
